The unihump heart is the objectively better symbol of love than the more common ‘two-hump’ heart. The unihump heart symbolizes complete unity in love (as opposed to the separate humps of the two-hump heart). The unihump heart is also free of all the corporate greed associated with its double-humped cousin. That’s how you know it’s sincere and comes from the heart. The unihump heart. C>

Singles Awareness Day

Singles Awareness DayAre you single? Do you spend countless hours crying to yourself in the dead of night? Do you refer to Valentine’s Day as Singles Awareness Day and talk about love cynically so you won’t have to face your crippling loneliness with any real objectivity?

If you answered yes to the first question, you also answered yes to the others.

Don’t feel down if you’re alone this Valentine’s Day. The unihump heart, a treasured symbol of love and unity untainted by corporate card-makers, can also be used as a symbol of singular strength in solitude.

Another Unihump Heart Shaped Poem

The unihump heart is perfect
in both its utility and clean design.
It symbolizes love as a singular unit.
That’s how it always should be: You and me
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~together~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hallmark can’t buy it, so you know it’s not cheap.
It’s non-commercial and therefore means more
than the same double-humped heart everyone
buys in droves like mindless lovesick sheep.
Who needs a holiday to stuff rich people’s
$$$$$$$$$$$$wallets$$$$$$$$$$$$
The double-hump heart sold out,
meaning it is totally inearnest.
(Not in earnest. You know.
The opposite of earnest.)
But the best thing about
my unihump heart
is that it can’t
break in
two.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Show your sweetie the singularity of your love for him/her this Valentine’s Day with the unihump heart!
S/he will say, “This certainly does express the oneness I feel we experience as being a couple. Why did I ever come to believe that a traditional two-hump heart could adequately express the unity of the love we share?”
To which you will reply, “Also it is free from the over-commercialization that has come to haunt the Valentine’s Day industry!”
“If it were possible to love you more deeply than the concord of the unihump heart, I would,” s/he will say.
Seriously. Try it!
Did He Ever Know Love?
He had been in love, or at least he thought he had been. Now all he knows is that he’s never known love.
So many things change over the years. He doesn’t want to be one of the cynical ones, say that love doesn’t exist. But how can he be sure with the mass commercialization of ‘love’ all around him?
“It was that two-humped heart!” he cries out. “Why did I think that was love?”
Don’t be fooled by cheap corporate imitations of love. Choose the unihump heart to express your love today.
Unihump Heart Poem
I wrote this love poem
in the form of a unihump heart,
hoping that it might finally melt yours,
hoping against hope you may now notice me.
Too long have I held these feelings inside me.
Too long has my anxiety kept me from saying
all the things that I’ve wished to say to you.
Here is my chance, in the form of a single-
humped heart: The perfect symbol of love
and unity. Much better than a double-
humped heart: A symbol of lust and
commercialization. The unihump
heart has yet to make it
mainstream, so it is
still pure for
now.
The Unihump Heart
“Can I interest you in our Valentine’s Day clearance items?” the clerk said with fake enthusiasm.
Bill was caught off guard and stood puzzled for a moment, “It’s nearly April, but I guess I could buy a small surprise for my wife. Do you have any heart-shaped candy boxes?”
“Well, we are sold out of the traditional ‘two-hump’ hearts. But we do still have a considerable amount of unihump hearts left.” The clerk forced a smile.
“It’s an upside-down raindrop.”
“No! It’s a unihump heart. The unihump symbolizes the . . . one-ness . . . of the love you have . . . Yeah, okay, it’s an upside-down raindrop.”
