Fort Albany, British North America, 1814.
The Founding Father balanced precariously at the edge of a pier.
“Query,” King George III’s sword was at the Founding Father’s throat, “Why would President Madison send you this far from the battle front?”
“Operation Liberate Canuckistan.”
George laughed, “Face it. You’re a has-been! They want to get rid of you to push a progressive agenda, like ending child labor and mandatory wife-beating.”
“Impossible!” the Founding Father screamed.
King George grinned, then kicked the Founding Father into the icy depths of the Hudson Bay.
The hero of the Revolution faded from Americans’ hearts and minds.
