Geisy Arruda was expelled from Bandeirate University for doing what all Brazilian women do. She wore a short skirt.

You would think Brazilians would have yawned at such an act, considering many more do with much less. She was escorted off campus, it was caught on video, that video was uploaded onto YouTube, it was big news for some reason, and Arruda became an instant celebrity.

Less than a year later she stars in a reality show looking for a boyfriend, and she has a new fashion line (presumably revealing) coming soon.

Is this truly what the world has come to?
